How is the vehicle transported?

We provide various transportation options including land and sea transport, depending on your location and needs. We ensure every vehicle is transported safely and reliably.

How do I make a payment?

We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. You can choose the most suitable payment method at checkout.

What is the delivery time?

We offer three delivery modes:

Vehicle delivery from Bishkek stock.

Vehicle delivery from Xinjiang and Qingdao port stock.

Factory orders.

For stock deliveries, the fastest delivery time is 2-3 days. Sea transport delivery times are calculated based on the specific port. Factory order delivery times depend on the schedule of the selected vehicle model.

How can I track my order?

You can track the latest status of your order at any time by entering your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in our real-time logistics tracking system.

What languages does the vehicle infotainment system support?

Currently, our vehicle infotainment system only supports English. We are working on expanding more language options to meet the needs of diverse customers.
